Ticket prices vary by park. Cancun city water parks start from $45 USD. Eco-park day passes like Xcaret or Xel-Há range from $100 to $160. Premium bundles with transport and meals can reach $200. All prices include park entry.

Xel-Há and Ventura Park are the easiest choices for families with toddlers. Both have calm pools, snorkel zones with life jackets, and plenty of shade. Xcaret is better for kids 6 and up thanks to its underground rivers.

Yes. Major parks like Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor and Ventura all have certified lifeguards, life jackets included for most attractions, and strict safety protocols. Always follow posted rules and ride markings.

Early morning (9–11 AM) is best to avoid both crowds and midday heat. The dry season (November–April) has the most reliable weather. July and August are hot and humid, so parks are busy but refreshing.

Bring a swimsuit, towel, water shoes, biodegradable sunscreen (the eco-parks require it), a change of clothes, and a reusable water bottle. Waterproof phone pouches are useful. Most parks offer lockers and towel rentals.

Some packages include round-trip transport from Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Tulum hotels. Check the product details. Self-transport is also easy via ADO bus or taxi for shorter distances.

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance, especially during high season (December–April) and Mexican holidays when parks sell out. Instant confirmation on most bookings, mobile ticket to your phone.

Yes. All tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. Changes to dates or group size can be made up to 48 hours in advance.
